Receiver
EMIT SMARTem V Geophysical Receiver
The SMARTem V receiver system allows the rapid acquisition of TDEM data in a fully programmable and user friendly environment. The display options of the SMARTem allow the user to view survey data in profile or station formats to facilitate the efficient review and quality control of data. The large hard disk space of the receiver allows the collection of full time series data to allow the application of different processing parameters and reprocessing to remove noise sources.
Transmitter
ZONGE ZT-30 TEM Loop Driver
This lightweight and portable transmitter is powered by a bank of batteries from 24V to 120V DC. The transmitter produces a bipolar waveform with an output up to 30 Amp
Sensors
CURTIN Coil
This is a single component induction coil sensor measures the rate of change of the magnetic field. Using latest technology in preamp design it achieves noise levels typically 10 times lower than other coils.
BARTINGTON Fluxgate Magnetometer
A 3 component magnetometer sensor directly measuring the magnetic field strength. A separate controller box provides power to the sensor, removes the DC geomagnetic signal from each component and amplifies the EM signals from the magnetometer. The 3 components can be measured simultaneously using the SMARTem receiver system. The fluxgate sensor is capable of measuring magnetic field in the frequency range from DC to 3 kHz
